Role Overview

As a Mechanic and Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for the precision assembly, testing, and maintenance of various engine types. You will ensure that every engine meeting our rigorous quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete engine assembly according to technical blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and repairs on marine or industrial engines.
• Ensure all components are cleaned, inspected, and measured for tolerance before assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following safety protocols (HSE).
• Document technical reports and maintenance logs accurately.

Technical Specifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in engine overhauling or precision assembly.
• Skills: Proficient in using precision measuring tools (Micrometers, Dial Gauges, Torque Wrenches).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of internal combustion engines (Diesel/Gasoline) and hydraulic systems.
• Traits: Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
