At Mulmarine, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every maritime purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your specific needs, which is why we offer a flexible 60-day return and exchange window for our global customers.
1. Return Policy Overview
We accept returns for new and slightly used products (including items that have been opened or tested) provided they are returned within our designated timeframe. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date as shown on your original invoice.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging with all components intact.
- Return Method: You may return items by mail or in person at our physical store location.
- Currency: All transactions and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).
2. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different model or product, we are happy to assist. The same eligibility criteria for returns apply to exchanges:
- Exchange Window: 60 days from the purchase date on your invoice.
- Condition: Products must be new or slightly used and in their original packaging.
3. Shipping & Fees
- Return Label: For your convenience, a pre-printed return label is included inside your original shipping package.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that a Free restocking fee will be deducted from the total product price for all processed returns.
4. Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund promptly.
- Processing Time: Refunds are finalized within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (including orders placed via In-Store Pickup).
- Balance Visibility: Depending on your financial institution, the refund will typically appear in your account balance within 1–2 business days.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order, or specific items within an order, within 24 hours of placement. Any payments made will be fully refunded using the same mode of payment used for the initial purchase.
7. Manufacturer’s Warranties
Every product sold by Mulmarine is covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty. Because warranty terms vary by brand and specific product, we recommend referring to the documentation included in your factory-sealed box for technical details.
