Local Pickup

Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will notify you via email. Please note that re-shipping charges of USD 110.00 will be the responsibility of the customer if the error was due to an incorrect address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If issues arise during transit, please follow these steps:

- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to info@mulmarine. We will work closely with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a replacement/refund.
