Raymarine CP370 Digital Sonar Module

Description

The Raymarine CP370 is a digital sonar module for Axiom, Axiom Pro, Axiom XL, and selected eS and gS systems. It adds ClearPulse digital processing, automatic sensitivity, noise filtering, and 50/200kHz dual-frequency sonar to a compatible Raymarine network. The module provides 600W or 1kW depending on the transducer and does not include a display or transducer.

The CP370 can reach up to 5000 feet with a suitable installation, but real depth depends on the transducer, hull material, mounting, water conditions, and noise from the boat. Its automatic gain and noise filtering help reduce the adjustment work when conditions change. RayNet Ethernet connects the module to the Raymarine display. It is a practical upgrade for an existing Axiom system, not a complete fishfinder out of the box.

Key Features

• ClearPulse digital processing – Helps produce a cleaner traditional sonar display.
• 600W or 1kW output – Adjusts to the selected transducer and installation.
• 50/200kHz dual frequency – Provides conventional sonar choices for different depths.
• Automatic sensitivity and noise filtering – Reduces manual adjustment while underway.
• RayNet Ethernet – Connects the module to compatible Raymarine MFDs.

Who Is This For?

This Raymarine digital sonar module suits Axiom owners adding conventional fishfinding to an existing network. It is not ideal for buyers without a compatible Raymarine display or transducer, and it does not provide charts, GPS, or a standalone screen.

Compatibility

Confirmed compatibility includes Raymarine Axiom, Axiom Pro, Axiom XL, a/c/e/eS/gS series displays, RayNet Ethernet, 50/200kHz sonar, and compatible transducers. The supplied information does not identify specific transducer models, NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, Garmin, Simrad, radar, or autopilot compatibility. No named incompatible system was provided.

Warranty & Support

Raymarine provides a 3-year warranty with online registration. The supplied specifications do not state warranty exclusions or service procedures.

The CP370 is the practical Raymarine sonar module for an existing Axiom installation that needs traditional 50/200kHz depth sounder capability. Its trade-off is limited sonar scope compared with RealVision modules or modern side-looking systems. Choose it when conventional digital sonar is enough and the compatible display and transducer are already part of the plan.
