Furuno TZT13X 13 Hybrid Touch Multi-Function Display

Description

The Furuno TZT13X is a 13.3-inch Full HD hybrid-touch multifunction display with a hexa-core processor, built-in 1kW dual-channel TruEcho CHIRP and CW sonar, and CHIRP Side-Scan at 225kHz or 455kHz. It is compatible with TZ MAPS and includes a Worldwide Basemap, but no transducer is included. This large MFD suits offshore boats and multi-display helms where screen area matters.

Key Features

• 13.3-inch IPS color TFT multi-touch display – Provides a large workspace for charts, sonar, and vessel information.
• 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution – Shows detailed mapping, sonar, and system data.
• 1kW dual-channel TruEcho CHIRP and CW sonar – Supports high-power fishfinding with suitable transducer hardware.
• CHIRP Side-Scan at 225kHz or 455kHz – Provides side-looking sonar support at the listed frequencies.
• Hexa-core processor – Provides the stated processing platform for the TZT13X MFD.

Who Is This For?

This unit suits offshore fishing boats, commercial vessels, larger cruisers, and multi-display helms that can accommodate a 13.3-inch screen. The Full HD display is useful when charts, sonar, and other system information must remain visible together.

It is not ideal for a compact console or buyers seeking a complete fishfinder package. No transducer is included, and the Worldwide Basemap is not the same as detailed regional chart coverage.

Compatibility

Confirmed features include TZ MAPS readiness, Worldwide Basemap, 1kW dual-channel TruEcho CHIRP and CW sonar, and CHIRP Side-Scan at 225kHz or 455kHz. The supplied information does not identify specific transducer models, NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, radar, autopilot, or third-party network compatibility. No named incompatible system was provided; verify Furuno chart, sonar, and network requirements before installation.

Warranty & Support

Furuno provides a 2-year standard warranty. The supplied specifications do not state warranty exclusions or service procedures.

The TZT13X is the large-screen Furuno alternative to the 9-inch Raymarine and Humminbird units, offering Full HD resolution, dual-channel 1kW sonar, and built-in CHIRP Side-Scan support. Its main trade-off is installation complexity: the 13.3-inch display needs more helm space, and the transducer and detailed charts must be selected separately. Choose it for a planned offshore Furuno system.
