The Fischer Panda AGT-DC 4000-12V PMS is a DC marine battery-charging generator for compatible 12V battery systems. It provides 3.2 kW continuous charging performance and up to 220A continuous charging current, with output current regulated according to battery voltage and charging demand. This is not a direct AC generator: it charges a DC battery bank, which can supply AC loads only through a separately selected compatible inverter.
The generator uses a Kubota EA300 single-cylinder diesel engine, permanent-magnet generator technology, and a water-cooled sound-insulation capsule. It is intended for permanently installed marine battery-charging applications and requires a compatible 12V battery bank, battery-management system where applicable, correctly sized DC cables, fuses, isolators, ventilation, fuel supply, raw-water cooling, exhaust, and qualified installation.

Electrical Compatibility
This is a 12V DC charging generator, not a 120V or 230V AC source. Confirm battery-bank chemistry, battery-management-system requirements, permitted charge voltage and current, bank capacity, DC distribution, cable gauge, fuse ratings, disconnects, and charging profile before purchase. Lithium battery systems require confirmation with the battery and BMS manufacturer.
AC loads require a separate properly sized inverter connected to the battery bank. Assess inverter power, battery capacity, DC current, charging recovery time, and simultaneous loads before selecting a DC charging generator.
Installation Considerations
Mount the generator on a rigid vibration-isolated foundation with service access for oil, filters, cooling components, raw-water pump, exhaust, DC terminals, and capsule maintenance. Use correctly sized positive and negative conductors, battery fuses, isolators, and protected cable routing for high-current DC charging. Provide diesel fuel feed and return, seawater intake and strainer, exhaust, ventilation, start battery, and battery-bank integration. Installation and commissioning should be completed by a qualified marine generator technician.
