Help prevent siphoning in small bilge-pump discharge lines and engine raw-water exhaust-injection systems with the SCOT Pump VL-0875-SS316 7/8-Inch Vented Loop. This compact anti-siphon siphon-break loop is specified for 7/8-inch (22 mm) marine hose.
The VL-0875-SS316 uses electropolished marine-grade 316 stainless steel and an integrated one-way atmospheric air vent with an internal duckbill valve. A pre-welded heavy-duty 316 stainless-steel mounting bracket is included for vertical above-waterline bulkhead mounting. The unit has a listed dry weight of 2.5 lb (1.1 kg).

The SCOT Pump VL-0875-SS316 is intended for compatible 7/8-inch bilge-discharge or raw-water exhaust-injection hose. Confirm the actual hose inside diameter, connected system requirements, waterline relationship, installation location, and vertical clearance before purchase. This siphon-break loop does not replace correctly selected seacocks, through-hull fittings, shutoff valves, hose clamps, exhaust components, or other required vessel-system hardware.
Install vertically on a suitable bulkhead above the waterline and maintain access to the vent valve for inspection and service. Follow SCOT Pump instructions and applicable requirements for the connected bilge-discharge or engine raw-water exhaust-injection system. Have marine plumbing and engine-system work performed by qualified personnel when required.
